After three decades of friendship & playing together, drummer Peter Donald, bassist Abe Laboriel & pianist Tom Ranier unite to form the trio 3Prime. This live recording is a bold re-thinking of the piano trio - it swings, it rocks, and it's an invigorating foray into ensemble & improvisational expression.
